- Assist with variety helping customers navigate product information, track orders, troubleshoot issues, and answer general questions
- Maintain positivity bringing an empathetic, professional attitude to every interaction, even during challenging situations
- Escalate wisely recognizing when complex issues need specialized attention and routing them appropriately
- Document carefully recording customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems to ensure continuity and quality
- Spot patterns identifying recurring issues or system concerns and communicating them to technical teams
- Stay current keeping up-to-date with products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information
- Exceed expectations meeting and surpassing performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualities:
- Strong written communication skills with good typing ability (40+ WPM preferred)
